The Tom and Loni Graham family’sThanksgiving was enjoyed together at Niesen’s Riverside in St. Peter. No Cooking, No washing dishes. Just family, food and fun, and Jimmy OConnell and his family had the same idea. Hope everyone had a nice Thanksgiving.
Tommy and Boone Holden’s first Hollydaze parade was in LeCenter Saturday night with Mom and Dad, Michael and Janiel Boone slept...Tommy was pretty critical of some of the floats but his cousin made sure to give him extra candy and an uncle who made sure he could see Santa!
Donna Mae Vlasak Friedges of Shakopee, passed away Nov 23, 2022. She grew to adulthood one mile south of Montgomery, the eldest daughter of Jim and Ella Pelant Vlasak along with siblings: Donald ”Froggy”, Roger, Tom, Clayton, Steve, Harry, Jim, Mary Lou, Norman and Ricky, they attended Holy Redemer School and Church, and graduated from Montgomery High School. Being the oldest, She helped raise her siblings, Donna and Ray have 5 of their own. Our sympathies to Mike, Annette, Wayne, and the twins Brenda and Barb. Ray and Donna enjoyed life to the max. Donna was fun-loving, loved Bingo, dancing especially with Ray, and being with family and friends.
Camilla Pieper Hartman passed away at the age of 74 on November 26 2022, always left us with a smile.

Mankato Opry Country Music Show played at the Kato Ballroom and was fantastic! The performers were local. Tom Brown grew up in Lake Crystal, is presently from Montgomery, Sean Benz also from Montgomery performed. Tammy Seys Barnes, from Janesville was one of the 20 performers, is our St. Thomas Choir Director Marie Seys Retka’s niece. Everyone was so talented singing their classic country songs.
The Marc Tye family enjoyed the Holiday Lights in Sleepy Eye Saturday night. Hope all folks are getting in the Holiday spirit. Stay Safe and God bless.
