Masses at St. Anne’s in Le Sueur are on Saturdays at 5:15 p. m. and Sundays at 8 and 10:30.a. m.

Funeral arrangements are being completed for Sue Kelly Gregor, daughter of Walter and Ludmilla Edel Kelly. Sue grew to adulthood near Shieldsville graduated from Montgomery with the Class of 1966 and married Dale Gregor her high school sweeatheat in 1969. Formerly of Faribault, MN more recently of Land O Lakes, FL. arrangements are being made by Parker Kohl Funeral Home and will be announced later. My heartfelt sympathies to her brothers Jim, John, Scott, Bruce and to Dale.
The love of her life. Sue was my best friend in Beauty School, and roommate later. Our Grandmas, Mayme and Emma were friends, our Mothers Luddie and Laraine were friends and we, Sue and I, were the best of friends and roommates in beauty school. Our sympathies also to Dale and Sue’s children, Nicole and Casey and their families..

Pioneer Power Elections were held on Thursday Bill Thelemann was re elected as President, Jake “Wingnut” Miller was re elected to the Board of Directors. Tom Hemauer decided to retire from the Board, and Kevin Devine was elected to his seat. Katrina Schwartz didn’t run for re election as Secretary, and she is being replaced by Lindsey Walerius.

Todd and Peggy Sullivan celebrated 34 years Saturday three kids, two son-in-laws, two grandchildren, two grand dogs- The Sullivan’s decided to have a Sullivan Clan gathering on Sunday at Todd and Peggy’s, among the guests were the families of Gert Kriha’s, Dotsy” Dulas’s”, Mary Margaret’s “Brodt’s,” Catherine’s “Retka’s” and Bobby’s “Sullivans” “The house was filled with loud laughter with this wild bunch!”

Congrats to Kylie Meger on getting her drivers license.

 2022 Convoy for Molly Mahowald funds were handed out on Saturday at the Pete Mahowald shop near Lakeville. The  recipients were Solders 6, Elko New Market Shop with a Cop, Scott County Shop with a Cop, New Prague Veterans Memorial and Support the Troops Haunted House.  

Several St. Thomas folks attended the Daniel O’Donnell concert at Mystic Lake, Daniel sent a personal Happy Birthday greeting to John Callahan.

It’s been cold, new furnace is on the way!
