I'm gonna throw down a $20 and say the Indy first called it "Invasion of the Purple Rain Makers". Who wants in?!?

Also heard a clip on the radio driving to work Friday of CNN's Wolf Blitzer referring to the movie as "Purple Haze". C'mon man do an ounce of research!

I bet that movie had a dozen titles before hitting the big screen!

Wow, never knew this scene was just outside Henderson. Will have to visit someday and stop in to Henderson. Thanks for sharing all your experiences of this event. As a child of the 80's I spent my entire adolescence during Prince's earlier years and listening to his music.
