Make sure and tune in to KARE 11 news at 5 and/or 6pm this evening. Two coworkers and I were at lunch today and while filling our faces at Park Tavern, camera/sports dude approached asking for our predictions. They even had burgers there Camel!!! Can't be as good as the one you had in St. Paul though.

Packer's week! Cripes it's almost over due to the short week. I'll say it again, Thursday night football should be for teams coming out of the bye week. Surprised the player's union hasn't pushed for this, but let's move on.
Teddy looked very good last week but then again the Falcons D-line stinks. The running game came to life, which was highly unexpected and fun to watch. The defense still needs a bunch of work and can't get the other team off the field on 3rd down = no good.
Bank roll is back down to 100 bucks after the big win last week. Rain and thunder tonight so it might be a very sloppy game so the Vikings have a better chance due to that. I do expect the Vikings to have about 3 or 4 turnovers, no matter who the QB is and I would expect Erin Rogers to absolutely shred the Capt'n. Take the whole bank roll and put it on the Packers to cover the 9 nine points.

Detroit has a good d line but Calvin Johnson won't play - Detroit favored by two, take the vikings for $100.

Oh my did the Vikings look bad - just think if Calvin Johnson and Reggie Bush would have played - yonkers. Offensive line looks terrible - not sure what happened there. The defensive didn't look as bad and now weaker teams so there might be some wins coming up.
Bills favored by 5.5 - 100 bucks left in the bank - bet it all on the Vikings.

Vikings win today - Redskins bus crashes but no players hurt. I hope it didn't hit one of the protester's buses - that would be ironic if those protesting the glass being used in the new stadium were involved in a crash that shattered the front window glass of the bus. One would look kind of silly - looking over the broken glass while wearing shirts that say "Save The Glass". Then again, I'm for the glass and against new schools.
