Coach Terry Turek put together a wonderful book of photos, and team stats, of Henderson Tiger Football. 1901-1985.
It is sitting on the front table of BitterSweet. It is fun watching people finding their picture, or looking up their kids!

It's fun to see the Swenson boys along with Doug Thomas. He was a runt in the early years.

I perused the book this morning and it found it very interesting. All I have to say is the '53 team must of been a bunch of bad a$$es.  Undefeated and not one close game. I think they won by at least three touchdowns every game. Fuzzy tells me that Ray Kahlow was the stud.
