I am a high school student from Colorado and I saw "The Exorcism of Emily Rose" on September 18th. I wanted to find out if the story was true or not, so I have been searching for information since then. I found copies of death certificates, autopsy reports, and newspaper clippings that mention Henderson, MN as the place where it happened and that was what led me here. I joined this forum for the purpose of finding out this information. Since I am stuck in Colorado for the time being I was wondering if anyone in Henderson knows anything about what really happened and when. I am also interested in finding the court documents of this case. If it really was a case of "the people" vs. Richard Moore or whoever, then the records should be available to "the people" relatively free of charge or other hindrance. Can anyone there help me?
