Great to hear from you! I'll send an email so we can compare notes. I found the Zuelch farm googling Zuelch, and because the picture of the barn is on some calanders and won an award in 2000, I don't exactly remember what that was.
My mother is buried in Taylors Falls at the Kahbakong cemetary B block 155 Lot 5, which I just found out. Her family,(my mothers on my grandmas side)the Guards, had a cabin there.
It impresses me what our great-grandfather did by loading up four little kids and all thier belongings on a ship to start a new life. I know tens of thousands of other people did the same, but after doing this research I will never complain again when I take a trip in the car with little ones (well I'll try not to anyway.)It puts things in perspective a bit.
