There have been rumblings about the return of the "Owl Parade" to Sauerkraut Days, i can't say that it will happen but it sure gets the '50's generation "talkin" about the past Owl Parades.
I've heard many stories, but i'd love to start documenting them. Let's start with when it would take place and how the starting point would change year after year, so no one new the starting point.
