Our purpose is to co-coordinate the annual Henderson Sauerkraut Celebration, creating a quality event to showcase Henderson.

Potential members should want to promote Henderson, have fun, bring new ideas, and be ready to work!  We have 10 active members at present.  Membership is open to all!

We meet from January through May – more often if needed at the Minnesota New Country School Media Center, times vary.

We fund raise twice a year (spaghetti dinner in Feb. and Pioneer Power Swap Meet in April) to fund Sauerkraut Days.

Our goal is to make it through each year in these times of reduced funding!

Our accomplishments have been keeping the historic annual celebration going and to add to the quality of life in Henderson!
