I was thinking in the the car on the way home as KFAN played "My Heart Will Go On" (Titanic) and the theme from "Jaws", that the Vikes got the snowmobile party covered and the boat ride too. What do you think goes on those 10 plane rides the team takes each year.

Maybe somebody in Henderson could convince some of the purple into coming down for a hayride? I seem to remember a story about a wild ride a few years ago. Throw in some prostitutes, drugs and other activities???

When is enough enough?
Two decades ago it was Kramer getting blitzed the night before a game and crashing his car. Then it was "my arms are bigger than your guns", the famous Keith Millard line. Yeah we had the occasional wife beating in the '90's. Mr. Moss also gave us plenty to shake our heads about. But once again these players can't seem to make the right call both on and off the field. Does this team lack discipline? Maybe. Will i continue to bleed purple? Maybe.

It's no wonder the Vikings are losing! If these guys are stupid enough to pull what they supposedly pulled on Lake Minnetonka, then how can they possibly be smart enough to comprehend a complex NFL playbook? I don't care what type of lewd behavior these players get involved in at private residences behind closed doors, but whether they are in the middle of a lake, in a bar, or a resort, they subject themselves to public scrutiny and the consequences that go with it. These guys are supposed to be the type of people that kids can look up to. I'm tired of some pro athletes with the "mega-buck mentality" that think that because they make millions, they can buy anything, do anything, and buy themselves out of it if they get into any trouble. Even if it's just a misdemeanor, I hope that the prosecutor in the jurisdiction that includes Lake Minnetonka prosecutes these morons to the max. With the salaries that these guys are paid, management should demand a certain level of behavior in public and if they don't , then they deserve all the adverse publicity they are getting.

Agreed! It's time someone at Winter Park takes a stand and makes an example out of some of these clowns. Otherwise they're just gonna keep doing it. Tice says they are an extended family all the time and that he's such a family man. If that's the case, then do something about it and quit blowing it off! Really tough to boast of purple pride that's for sure. Group me in with the bandwagon jumpers but this takes the cake. Loyalty only goes so far.

Yes it is time for management and the NFL to do something but as I've said before nothing will change until the fans do something. I realize not many people out in Minnesota check out the Henderson Chatter page however my challange to Vikings "Rubes" I mean fans...is to take action! Go on strike...boycott the games and stop giving these spoiled jerks the impression that they are larger than life.

What would the reaction be if there was a mass boycott of the next Viking home game! I think all Vikings ticket holders should skip the rest of the games this season and attend high school and small college football games in place of the NFL.....and better yet....on Sunday play with your kids or the neighborhood kids in the yard!
