As of now, I have heard from pullers (armwrestlers) coming from Minnesota (obviously), South Dakota, Wisconsin, Wyoming, California, Illinois, and Canada. Gary Roberts will be there filming for ArmTV (he was there last year as well).

Josh, do you do a press release to the KFAN Power Trip Morning Show about the contest? I bet they would give you some air time.

I just sent them a message so if they contact me within the next day or so maybe I could do it. I should have checked back and contacted them sooner frown

As far as competitors go, the big excitement this year is Corey "The Flash" Miller coming. He is the #1 ranked armwrestler in North America at 154 lbs. both right and left handed, and has been ranked #1 for about 2 years now. He won't be cutting to 154 for this tournament, but will pull 176 and every weight class above that. He should do pretty well. Also, one of the guy's coming from Canada is ranked 3rd in Canada left handed at 176 lbs. and the other Canadian coming is ranked 7th left and 9th right at 176 lbs. All of these guys are fast as lightning so don't blink if you hear the names: Corey Miller, Paul Belluz, or Jason Dubray!

Not surprised. All they care about is Pickpoints, Dodge Ram Trucks, weight loss programs and sling box. Did you know you can watch your own TV on your phone? Don't need any special apps or nothing. Just hook up a sling box to your tv at home and watch your favorite team on your phone. So if you have to go to Kraut Days this weekend and sit in the beer garden but don't want to miss the Twins at Cinncinnatti, then you can watch it on your phone thanks to slingbox. And if your gal is making you go listen to Shaw Bros to see that one guy with his shirt off and you don't like Styx covers but she's gonna make you dance, you can hold her close and watch your own home TV on your phone, just hold it up behind her head where she won't see you. So there, you can come to Kraut Days AND not miss any of the Twins Cinncinnatti game tomorrow night, thanks to Sling Box.

Wow, what a great tournament!!! We missed out buddies from Canada this year (with Canadian National's being next weekend they couldn't make it), but we had competitors from Minnesota, South Dakota, Wisconsin, Iowa, Missouri, Illinois, Wyoming, Colorado, and California! The kids classes turned out great, especially the lower 2 classes! We had 147 entries total, 112 adult entries and 35 in kids entries. Up from 93 last year and 41 in 2010!!! shocked Big thanks to Justin Hefling, Erin Meyer, Yosef Chalbi, and John Grant for helping ref, thanks to my Dad and Jo Thompson for doing brackets and announcing, thanks to my mom for helping with registration, money, and handing out awards, and a big thanks to the HENDERSON SAUERKRAUT DAYS!!! ;D and thanks to everybody who came and supported my tournament.
