Working on having someone clean it by tomorrow afternoon, we'll see how that works out. So far the city has used about a little less than half its budget for cleaning.

With reference to the taxes comments above the city does have a budget to do boat landing cleaning just like it does for other parks. When the budget/funds run out there are not funds available to do additional work so the attempt is to do what can be done with available resources.

The problem really isnt the mud that is on the ramp, it is the mud that is in the water. As you back the boat/trailer down the ramp, there is a wall of mud about a foot into the water, and it is about 3 feet tall. It would be like backing your trailer into a 3 foot high bank of sand. The mud that is on the actual ramp above the water, really doesnt stop a 4x4 vehicle from using the landing. It is the wall of mud that gets pushed into the water. It is like a big road block for the landing.
