The T-wolves really came out firing tonight. Looks like LeBron and Wade and the boys are gonna have their hands full. I hope we can keep up the defensive pressure outside the box.

Good time out by Rambis right there. Still in it. LeBron hasn't scored yet, shuttin' him right down. Gotta stay with them through three quarters. The Heat aren't prepared to put forth much of an effort tonight because they think they're playing last year's T-wolves.

Man, you can sure tell the NBA wants the Heat to win. Terrible refs, reaching in, over the back. LeBron traveled there at the end of the half when they were setting up for the last shot. Before he even dribbled he moved both feet. Wolves are gonna shock the world tonight. They gotta get back into their offense and not rush things or it could be a long night. Want to minimize possessions against the Heat, this could get to 12-15 points in a hurry if we aren't careful. Gotta make free throws too! Man. They're free! Gotta take advantage.

Weathered one Heat run. Do you think they bring Beasly back if he's healthy? Do you risk further injury for the long term by putting him into a game that the "experts" have you losing. I had this a grade-5 loss when I went through the Wolves schedule game by game, grade-5 being the highest level degree probability that the Wolves lose. My analysis has the Wolves winning as many as 48 games this year, and winning as few as 22, depending on a number of variables. So far so good, though.

Tonight we'll find out what we're made of. I never really liked the adjustments that Rambis makes at halftime. I always feel like the T-wolves are out-coached when I watch. Seems like we're always one counter-move or adjustment behind. Be interesting to find out what happens in the second half. Talent wise these teams aren't that far apart, I just don't know if Rambis can pull the right strings.

We're playing them to a six or eight point game minus that 16 minute stretch in the second and third quarter when they went on that run. Really though, you can notice, there is no quit in these guys. Tonight is proof that we're only three or four superstar, front line players away from competing with the best in the league. I'd rather have the Timberwolves than the heat. The Wolves are trying to build something and start from within, while the Heat are just trying to buy a championship. It's gonna be so much sweeter for the T-wolves than it will be for the Heat this year. They'll probably just feel kinda dirty after they win it. Can't wait until we get them at the Target House on January 16!
