I saw we voted "No" and decided maybe they did so because they knew the thing had enough votes to pass without the Vikings voting "yes" and they didn't want to look like crybaby "change the rules because we lost" losers. Now we can still just be losers. From a politics and a face-saving standpoint "NO" made sense. But yes, initially I was surprised that we voted "NO" but after I drew my own conclusions as to why I was pretty OK with it.
