Jeff & Brandon, we saw you on the news and I just want to say that you did a great job. You were very professional and sympathetic over the loss of the land. I am proud to say that I am originally from the community and that I know you both personally!

No crop damage or any structures. Although it was widely reported that it is primarily DNR land, the actually own a very small portion. Landowners are Cemstone, Sever Peterson, Tiegs Family,Shane Bender, Tom Graham, maybe a little of Andy Berger, and DNR.

I just want to say GREAT JOB to Brandon, Jeff and Orangy for taking control of the scene in my absence. Also, thank you to all the fire fighters who spent many hours fighting the fire. I think Brandon should be our new PR/TV man. HA HA. The Chief.
